The garbage at Sainath Wadi near Powai Chowk has spilt over on the road, making it difficult to commute here. A bin has been kept here but it has no wheels and the bottom is broken, resulting in all the garbage spilling out. The concerned officials should act immediately to rectify the situation.

Last year, a tree had fallen on the road adjacent to Vasant Oscar on LBS Marg. But now the footpath has become so damaged that small bushes and branches are sprouting from this road. This has left no space for walking.

This is the bridge at Thane’s Teen Haath Naka where we pay Rs. 35 as toll fees. However, the condition of the bridge is as hopeless as that of the road. Roads all over the world should be like this (sic!) The concerned dept. should look into it.

There is a Name plate at Zaver Road opp. Mulund Farsan Mart on J.N.Road. However, is is placed at such a low height that passerby’s head can bang against it. This road which heads towards Mulund station is usually crowded from morning till evening. This low sign escapes the attention of the pedestrians during the rush hour and their heads bang into it. The authorities should do something to solve this problem.

Filth and dirt have accumulated under the FoB leading to the ticket counter in Mulund (E). One can see some people relieving themselves here which emanates a foul stench. Moreover, people consume liquor outside the wine shop here and even throw empty bottles at this place. It becomes a nuisance for ladies using this stretch. The administration should take positive steps in this direction.
