Datta tea vendor is the owner of a tea stall at Sarvodaya Nagar opp.ICICI Bank. He claims no one can touch him as he pays haftas to both the police and BMC. Because of his stall, there is considerable traffic jam at this spot.

Illegal food stalls have been erected opp.Salpadevi Mandir in Mulund(W). Food is being openly cooked here whereas gas cylinders are banned on pavements.

A govt. leased shop has been converted into a general store which has encroached upon the footpath.

An electrical meter box as also an electrical cable has been tied to a broken tree branch on the footpath at Baburao Kulkarni Marg in Mulund (East) which may prove dangerous to the residents.

The footpath next to Vikas Paradise Building, opp.Balrajeshwar Mandir has open cables which are tied to electrical poles at various places. This is an open invitation to disaster but the authorities are turning a blind eye to it. It seems they are waiting for a disaster to happen.
