The four iron electric poles near Sambhaji Park behind Mulund Gymkhana in Mulund (E) have corroded. This may lead to them collapsing owing to heavy winds during the monsoon, thereby causing grievous accidents. The BMC’s Garden Dept. should immediately replace these electric poles.

There is a lot of garbage accumulated near the MTNL Bldg. at Tata Colony in Mulund (E). This leads to much inconvenience to pedestrians in this area.

Left-over food is being dumped daily near Manisha Garden in Mulund (W). This utter wastage of food may be the handiwork of some hotels or roadside vendors. However, this leads to dirt and filth accumulating here, giving off a horrible stench. The citizens’ health suffers in the bargain.

A huge mound of garbage has been lying near the electric feeder pillar next to Chandralok Bldg. at Nanepada in Mulund (E). This garbage contains dried grass, which can catch fire because of intense heat, causing severe damage. Therefore, BMC’s conservancy workers should immediately remove the garbage from here.

The road signboard at J.S. Dossa Road has fallen down. This road leads to the highway. How will the commuters entering Mulund from the highway know where the road leads to? BMC should immediately remove the signboard lying at the edge of the footpath and place it at an appropriate position.

The recently repaired footpath at S.N. Road is fully covered with leaves and branches of trimmed trees as also concrete blocks, making it very difficult for the residents to use the footpath.
