The gutter near Uma Apartment at Prem Chitralekha CHS Ltd., Sane Guruji Marg at Mulund (E) had been lying open since the past one year. This was very hazardous as school kids would wait here for their buses. However, after Home Times’ report in its last issue, the gutter has been promptly covered with a cover.

The footpath opp. Chintamani Society was in a state of disrepair and the slab on the underground drainage is about to collapse. A BMC school and VPM College are just ahead of this spot. Immediate repairs are the need of the hour. There is all probability that a mishap may occur if the authorities do not act soon.

The debris has not been removed after constructing a speed-breaker at Veena Nagar.

The cover of the gutter at RRT road has been lying in a broken state. Recently, a young girl’s foot had got entangled in it.

Garbage has piled up outside the Yuvak Pratishthan office on JSD Road near East-West Bridge and Lok Kedar. This could obstruct the free floe if the water in the nullah here.
