BMC, PLEASE HAVE PITY ON R.P. ROAD

On the one hand, while BMC is busy in road repairs all around Mulund, on the other hand, a portion of the road at R.P. Road has sunk. Residents fear that this depression may lead to a major disaster in the near future.

A local resident told Home Times, “The road is already in a miserable condition. On top of this, a portion of the road has sunk into the ground. As a result, the road has become hazardous. Due to this, the dirty water from the nullah and drainage is spilling on to the road and polluting the region.”

He added, “In addition, the footpath opposite this ruined road houses a garbage empire. Residents thus are fed up of the stink and the foul smell.” “Astonishingly, despite the plight of the road being so pitiable, the BMC officials have turned a Nelson’ Eye to this pathetic road and are ironically repairing roads that are less pathetic,” he mourned.
