CHANTS OF ‘JAI SHRI RAM’ ECHO ACROSS MULUND Mulund to witness 4 Maha Aartis today
Yesterday, i.e. Nov.30, 2018, Mulund awoke to the resounding echoes of ‘Jai Shri Ram’ at 4 mandirs where Maha Aartis were performed. Today, i.e. Dec.1, 2018 four more Maha Aartis will be performed when many Mulundkars will be participating in this unique event. A Maha Aarti was performed yesterday at 8 pm at the Brahmandeshwar Mandir by Mulund BJP President, Manish Tiwari amidst much chanting of the Lord’s name. Also, Corporator Prakash Gangadhare conducted the Aarti at Nahur Gaon Hanuman Mandir, Mulund(W) at 7.30 pm. Further, Corporator Smt. Rajani Keni performed the Aarti at 8 pm at Turgareshwar Mandir, Mulund (E). Corporator Prabhakar Shinde also performed the Aarti at Hanuman Chowk Hanuman Mandir, Mulund (E) at 7.30 pm.
It is a fact that the Ram Mandir issue has been hotting up in the entire country. Shri Uddhav Thackeray, the Shiv Sena supremo, along with his family, had recently been to Ayodhya to pay obeisance to Lord Shri Ram. Fazed by the prospect of being left behind, BJP has got its act together and has announced Maha Aarti in each and every Ward in Mumbai today. Apart from the six local corporators of Mulund, the local MLA, Sardar Tara Singh has also announced a Maha Aarti at Hanuman Mandir, Opp.Mulund Station at 7 pm and has appealed the people to gather in large numbers. BJP Corporator Manoj Kotak will be performing this aarti at Ambaji Dham at 7.30 p.m. whereas Corporator Samita Kamble at Babaji ki Zopadi, Hanuman Mandir at 7.30 p.m., Corporator Neil Somaiya at Jhulelal Mandir, Mulund Colony at 7.30 p.m.
On Sunday, December 2, a religious gathering has been organised at BKC grounds in Bandra (East) where people are expected to converge in large numbers. North East Zone BJP President, Naresh Chandarana has confirmed that this Maha Aarti will be performed in all the BMC Wards in Mumbai.
