Our ankle is made up of bones, muscles, ligaments and tendons, which support the body weight and enable us to move.

Any damage to these bones, muscles, ligaments or tendons leads to inflammation or pain on the ankles. The throbbing, aching ankle disrupts our daily activities, as the whole body’s balance and weight are on the ankles and feet.
