Early Menopause
Menopause is a normal part of ageing in which a woman’s monthly period (menstruation) stops between the age of 45 to 55 years. Early menopause is a condition which happens before the age of 40 years and it can affect the overall physical and mental health of a woman.
Why does early menopause occur?
A woman is born with eggs stored in the ovaries which produce the hormone Estrogen to regulate the menstruation cycle. When the ovaries stop producing estrogen, due to natural or induced reason, menstruation stops. This results in menopause and if it is before the age of 40 years, it is called early or premature menopause.

Exercise regularly to keep the heart healthy, maintain weight, minimize bone density loss and avoid osteoporosis.

Eat a healthy plant-based diet consisting of whole grains, vegetables, fruits, seeds and nuts.
Avoid caffeinated drinks, refined sugar, smoking, alcohol and junk foods.
Sujok Therapy to maintain hormonal balance
Stimulation of corresponding points of ovaries and uterus on the palm with fingers or diagnostic probe, for 1 minute, 4 times daily (pic 1).
At night, apply whole green dried peas (green vatana) on stimulated points of the palm (pic 2).
