Illegal Bangladesh Immigrant Nabbed!!
Increasing infiltration of Bangladeshi nationals into India has become a nuisance, but still it is tragic some of the Indians are providing shelter to these illegal Bangladeshi immigrants. In a recent raid, Mulund Police have arrested a Mulund resident for providing shelter to a Bangladeshi immigrant.
Informing Home Times about the arrest, Mulund Police informed that the name of Bangladeshi immigrant is Sirajul Mohammad Javed Ali Sayyad and that of the Mulund resident is Shyam Jayprakash Mishra. The police informed that Sirajul used to work in the canteen at Ceremonial Hall in Mulund West.
The Police, in its investigation, detected that Sirajul has been illegally residing in India for the past four years. The police got a tip-off that he was working at Ceremonial Hall and was actually a Bangladeshi immigrant. The Police raided the hall and arrested Sirajul. During investigation the accused revealed that Shyam Jayprakash Mishra had given him shelter. Hence, the police also arrested Mishra.
The police have charged Sirajul Mohammad for illegally entering the country. He has also been charged with violating passport norms and regulations and fraud. Shyam Jayprakash Mishra has been charged with illegally giving shelter to a man of foreign origin.
Both the accused have been remanded in judicial custody. Police are investigating the case.
