Issue No. 5 – 5th May
Mulund’s Kalidas Garden has a demarcated area for kids which is equipped with play equipment. Here, there is a Mini Bridge on which children play and run. However, there is a railing missing on one side of this bridge. This could prove hazardous if any child were to lose his balance and fall, resulting in grievous injury. My earnest request to the concerned authorities is to immediately repair this bridge as also other equipment needing repairs.

The street light opp. Navghar Police Chowki at Hanuman Nagar has been dangling on a single wire, which could break any time causing the light to fall on an innocent passer-by. This should be repaired at the earliest.

The road repairing work at J.N.Road is in progress, but there is neither any road markings nor fencing to warn the public. Moreover,1-2 feet deep dug-outs are lying uncovered which may cause mishaps.

The complete footpath at Mulund Market has been completely encroached upon. Where should the public walk??

This is the scene at Vaishali Nagar, Ganesh Pada at Mulund(W) where the road is in a very bad shape which causes problems for the motorist and pedestrians.

Since the past one month, street lights have been non-functional at Jai Shastri Nagar behind Sai Baba Mandir, Dubey Compuond, Mulund(W). Children can’t play during their vacation and senior citizens and ladies cannot leave their homes at night for fear of being robbed. When we complained to MSEB, they said people are not letting us dig holes. We are facing problems because of this. Home Times has solved many of our problems. We request you please help us in this matter also.
