MISSION POSSIBLE!! Autos abandoned for past 7 months removed in just 4 days!!!

Abandoned auto rickshaws had been lying at the edge of the road near Mulund police station at N. S. Road in Mulund (W) since the past few months. This had raised quite a few eyebrows. Subsequently, Home Times acted on the complaints of the local residents and published their plight in one of its issues, simultaneously lodging a complaint on the concerned Traffic Police Department’s App. This prompted the Traffic Police Department to remove all the 4 autos promptly, thus clearing the road of this clutter.

Readers may note that 4 auto rickshaws had been lying abandoned since the last 7 months near Mochi Building at N.S.Road. Having been in this abandoned state since the past few months, the autos were in a state of disuse. This had led to serious concerns of filth and security in the surrounding area. This, in turn, increased the suffering of the citizens who used this road frequently. When Home Times published this news and also complained oh the Traffic Police App, the Department was goaded into action. Surprisingly, within 2-3 days all the four autos were removed. Once again, Home Times has brought joy to the residents and Mulund is again well on the way to cleanliness and safety. Simultaneously, this achievement has brought much relief and happiness to Mulundkars. According to sources, these autos were from some distant suburbs. Autos from far-flung suburbs abandoned at unknown places in Mulund and the authorities’ total indifference to this grave issue is an open invitation to disaster.

However, Home Times’ efforts have certainly borne fruit as all the autos have been removed from N.S.Road. Need we say more??
