MOBILE THIEF IN POLICE NET
Mulund Police arrested a mobile thief in one month by tracking the mobile IMEI number.
Informing the media about the theft, Mulund Police informed that the accused worked at Shani Tyres. The accused cleverly robbed the owner’s expensive mobile while the owner was busy in conversation with his client. After stealing the mobile, the accused escaped.
The owner lodged a police complaint and, acting on his complaint, Mulund Police began their investigation from the IMEI number and succeeded in getting many clues. One month later, the accused used the stolen mobile by inserting a new SIM. No sooner did the accused start using the mobile phone, then Mulund police traced his location via IMEI number and arrested him!
