REMEMBERING 26 / 11 TERROR ATTACKS Mulund Police Pay Tribute

Police personnel of Mulund (W) Police Station and Navghar Police Station in Mulund (E) paid rich tributes to the victims, including their brothers-in-arms, who fought the terrorists gallantly, losing their lives in the bargain in the dastardly terror attack that gripped Mumbai 11 years ago on Nov. 26,200

The terror attack eleven years ago not only shook Mumbai, the financial capital of India, but its reverberations were felt throughout the whole world. The attack claimed the lives of our braveheart police officers and men along with the terrorists. To commemorate this day and offer a humble tribute to the gallant men in khaki, Mulund (W) Police Station Sr. Police Inspector, Pushkar Raj Suryavanshi along with his counterpart, Sr. Police Inspector Ravi Sardesai of Navghar Police Station in Mulund (E) organised a commemoration event at their respective police stations. Rich tributes were paid to the fallen police personnel and jawans who became victims in battling the terrorists. The police officers and men saluted the courage and grit of their brothers-in-arms at these police stations.

Simultaneously, the citizens of Mulund-Bhandup also remembered the martyrs at the Sonapur signal as in the previous years. The passers-by here lit candles in remembrance of the fallen heroes at a commemoration event organised by Yogesh Ojha which was greatly appreciated by the residents.
