Glaucoma – an Eye disorder
Glaucoma is a serious eye disorder which affects millions of people globally. It is one of the main causes of blindness! The main symptoms are blurred vision, headache, eye redness, nausea and cloudy cornea.
What is Glaucoma?
In healthy eyes, there is fluid circulating in and out of the eye, to nourish the tissues. When the flow of fluid out of the eye is reduced, there is a build-up of fluid inside the eye. This increases pressure on the optic nerves, lens and retina. This condition is glaucoma and, if left untreated, it can lead to blindness.
Causes:
Age
Eye injuries
Myopia (nearsightedness)
Heredity
Disorders like diabetes, hypertension, heart disease and hypothyroidism.

Sujok Therapy:
Regularly stimulate corresponding points of liver on the right upper corner of the palm of any hand, with fingers, as shown in picture (pic 1).
Regularly stimulate the painful corresponding eye points on the inside of any thumb with diagnostic probe, pen or pencil. Do it for 1-2 minutes, 3-4 times daily (pic 2).
Seed Therapy – Apply whole green gram seeds (moong) on the stimulated points of eyes on Thumb, with adhesive tape, daily at night (as shown in pic 3).
