Govind Singh Promises Ocean Of Progress
Mulund Vidhan Sabha is acknowledged as Bharatiya Janata Party’s bastion amongst the 6 Vidhan Sabha seats in North East Mumbai and BJP’s candidates have been returned victorious from here since the last 30 years.
Senior Congress leader, Govind Singh, has been nominated to fight the ensuing Assembly Election as the chosen candidate of the NCP/INC. Govind Singh will be fighting the Assembly Election from this constituency.
He has been the President of the Mumbai Congress Seva Dal for many years. Apart from his political career, Govind Singh is an industrialist and a businessman. He has always been deeply involved in the affairs of the society at large and is very confident that Mulundkars will vote in him to power.
He has promised to convert Mulund into an ocean of progress and prosperity.
Govind Singh’s Manifesto
Even though it is a known fact that Mulund has been the BJP’s bastion in the North East Mulund Vidhan Sabha constituency, the INC/NCP’s Govind Singh has been crying hoarse about his impending victory. Importantly, he has been in constant touch with the slum-dwellers of Mulund. He has thrown his hat in the ring in the ensuing Assembly Election for the very first time. According to him, the people’s woes in Mulund have still not been addressed properly even after so many years, especially the condition of Mulund roads which have still been ignored.
Mulund lacks a Super Speciality Hospital and an Engineering College. Govind Singh maintains that since the last many years a Super Speciality Hospital, as well as an Engineering College, has to see the light of day, with the result that Mulundkars have to be admitted in nearby well-known hospitals in the suburbs. However, the administration has completely ignored this fact. Moreover, there is a dearth of public toilets in the slum areas. Also, the traffic problems are mounting by the day. Even this has been given the go-by by the authorities in question.
Ex-MLA Charan Singh Sapra, former Corporator B.K.Tiwari, Dr.Rajendra Prasad Singh and other NCP and allied parties’ cadres have hit the campaign trail with Govind Singh, urging the electorate to vote for their candidate and guarantee his victory.
Govind Singh is a picture of supreme confidence as he maintains that the BJP is bound to lose on unfulfilled promises.
